Bajío Industrial Park is a modern industrial park and logistics center developed by Altea Desarrollos, strategically located in Salamanca, Guanajuato, with direct access to Federal Highway 45 and situated within one of the region’s key industrial areas.
The project consisted of the design of an informational and commercial flyer created to introduce the industrial park, communicate its main features, and showcase its competitive advantages to potential clients and investors.
The graphic proposal organizes information related to location, connectivity, infrastructure, and logistics advantagesthrough a dynamic composition that combines photography, maps, data, and infographics, making technical and commercial information clear and easy to navigate.
Visually, the design features an industrial, contemporary, and high-impact aesthetic, using strong contrasts, geometric elements, and a clear typographic hierarchy to convey the scale, strength, and professional character of the development.
